-
What’s the best airport to fly into?
The most convenient way to reach the castle from the U.S. is by flying into Fiumicino Airport (Rome). From there, it’s a 270 km drive (approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes) via chauffeured car.
Alternatively, Florence Airport is about a 1-hour, 50-minute drive away.

-
What is included in the stay?
All meals and most activities for the weekend are being covered—making it a true all-inclusive experience. That includes curated lunches and dinners, guided tours, on-site experiences, and group transportation for all scheduled activities.
What’s Not Included
Additional costs include spa treatments, optional daily add-ons (like hot air balloon rides or quad tours), room service, and any food or drink orders outside of scheduled events—as well as your transportation to and from the castle.
-
Will there be optional activities?
Yes! In addition to the main events, we’ve arranged several optional daytime activities—like wine tastings, guided village tours, quad rides, hot air ballooning, and spa treatments.
We ask that guests sign up for these in advance so we can confirm availability and coordinate the logistics ahead of time.
-
Will there be time to explore Tuscany?
The weekend will feature a mix of structured evening events and optional daytime activities, with plenty of flexibility for guests to explore Tuscany at their own pace. We highly recommend checking out—and signing up for—some of the incredible daytime experiences we’ve arranged.
You can also explore Tuscany before Thursday night & after Sunday morning. We are happy to provide suggestions and the castle is available to book at your cost for any additional nights.
-
What should guests pack?
Tuscany in late June is warm and sunny—80s by day, cooler 60s at night. Pack:
- Light clothing + a jacket for evenings
- Comfy shoes for cobblestones
- Swimwear for spa/thermal pools
- Sun protection (hat, glasses, SPF)
- Outfits for each themed night (see dress codes)
- A costume for the final fairytale celebration
- Layers + closed-toe shoes + proper clothing for optional adventures
And maybe leave a little room—Tuscany tends to gift you extras.
-
Are there dress codes for the events?
The weekend includes a few themed moments to help set the tone. We’ll start with a Welcome White Party—clean, polished, and light for a summer evening. The next night calls for Italian Summer Evening attire: relaxed elegance, breathable fabrics, and a nod to Tuscan style. For the final night, Castles in the Sky, guests are invited to dress for a fairytale-inspired costume event—interpret as literally or loosely as you like. Think imaginative, elevated, and personal.
We recommend visiting each event page to view the mood-boards, should you need a little inspiration.
